豬糞烘幹機
滾筒烘幹機主要由進料封頭、出料封頭，電機傳動，滾筒主機，托輪基座構成；該機采用流動和密封烘幹工藝，含水分的濕物料進入烘幹機後，在滾筒內均布的揚料板翻動下，物料在滾筒烘幹機內均勻分散並與熱空氣充分接觸，加快了幹燥傳熱。在幹燥過程中，物料在帶有傾斜度的揚料板和熱空氣的作用下，至烘幹機另一端出料封頭排出成品。可連續運轉，故障少﹑維護費用低﹑功耗低、產量高。廣泛應用於有機肥，複合肥，堆肥，複混肥等各種肥料生產線中。

Use and Features:
The drum dryer mainly consists of the feed seal head, the discharge seal head, the motor drive, the drum main engine and the supporting wheel base. The machine adopts the flowing and sealing drying process, the wet material containing water enters the dryer, and the material is evenly distributed in the drum dryer and fully contact the hot air in the drum dryer. The heat transfer is accelerated. During the drying process, the material is discharged from the finished product at the other end of the dryer, under the action of the tilting plate and hot air. It can run continuously, with fewer failures, lower maintenance cost, lower power consumption and higher output. It is widely used in various fertilizer production lines such as organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, compost and so on.
豬糞烘幹機可將含水量65左右的鮮豬糞、或其它糟渣，經過上料、高溫烘幹、除塵、冷卻等工藝過程，製成含水量13%以下的無臭顆粒狀成品，可用做有機肥或飼料的主要原料。豬糞烘幹機操作彈性大、幹燥成本低。適應性強、可靠性高。處理能力大，燃料消耗少，抗過載能力強，筒體運行平穩，能夠使用高溫熱風對物料進行快速幹燥，設計考慮了生產餘量，即使產量小幅度增加，也無需更換設備。設備采用調心式拖輪結構，拖輪與滾圈的配合好，大大降低了磨損及動力消耗。專門設計的擋輪結構，大大降低了由於設備傾斜工作所帶來的水平推力。
